How to get started:
We'd love to know more about your preferences. Share details such as your guest count, preferred date (with flexibility if applicable), full budget, and the three key vendors that matter most to you. Once we have this information, we'll craft a personalized recommendation for your consideration.
Please allow 1-2 weeks for our team to gather quotes from our trusted vendors. All proposals are valid for up to 30 days from the date of receipt.

Our 6-hour reception hall rental, priced at $500, grants you access to the entire downstairs of the reception hall, including the charming porches, providing a perfect setting for your gathering.
For those who wish to extend the festivities, our 12-hour reception hall rental is available at $1000, offering ample time to enjoy the elegant surroundings and create lasting memories.
With the flexibility to book within three months of your desired date, Mockingbird Manor ensures a seamless and unforgettable experience for your special event.

FAQs
Do vendors/bartenders expect tips?
Tips… this is kind of a controversial topic. In my opinion, a vendor who sets his/her own price should never “expect” to be tipped. The price should cover the overhead and labor to make a profit. It is nice when someone recognizes hard work with a tip. But, it should never be expected
How can my guest be entertained while in the area?
“So… what’s there to do around here?” is a common question from brides and their families. Mockingbird Manor is conveniently located between two great small towns: Lawrenceburg and Pulaski. Both towns host a different experience but one that is sure to entertain guest from all ages and interest! Whether your picking up a round of golf, helping young kids burn off some energy or looking to enjoy a southern fare, there is something for everyone. Check out our local guides below.
